Shipping within Australia

All items ordered online are shipped with 48 hours. Please note delivery to a street address is via StarTrack air express and expected delivery Australia wide is 1-2 days. Startrack doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. For PO Box addresses your order will be sent via Australia Post and may take longer. No signature is required for delivery.

You will receive a dispatch email and tracking number when your order is dispatched. 

All orders placed over $125 are free shipping within Australia.

Shipping within Australia

Free shipping applies to all orders over $125.

Orders are dispatched between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00 pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day. Expected delivery timeframes commence from when your parcel is dispatched.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid-season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). 

You will receive a dispatch email and tracking number when your order is dispatched.

How will I know how much shipping will cost?

A  shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at checkout, based on the delivery location. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address at checkout.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
